Both towns are acually nice. Hyannis has more night life and things like that, and Falmouth is much quieter. They are both near teh water and offer all of those activities. It just depends on how much noise you want.

Whereas you won’t be driving, you might find thr transit authority’s website helpful:

    Enjoy your visit!

Both are nice, and would offer activities. In Falmouth you can pick up the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Depending exactly where you stay on either location a car wouldn’t really be necessary. If you are looking for more nightlife, I think that is the one plus that Hyannis has over Falmouth. Both have good beaches, restaurants, etc. otherwise. You’ll be fine with either; you may want to even just compare prices and the actual hotels or location you’ll be staying at and pick from that.

Hyannis is nice, but the farther you go, the better it gets. Can’t beat Provincetown for a good time

    (unless you’re a homophobe, of course :/)
